No. You sign in with your email address and we send you a one-time code. If the email doesn't arrive in a minute or two, check your spam or quarantine folder — some company mail filters hold it.

Yes. Your answers save as you go. Signed in, they're saved to your account, so you can finish on another device; Home shows a "Continue where you left off" link back to the exact screen.

Yes. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android, use the browser menu's Install app. It then opens straight into your workspace like an app.

Your full read — all 15 signals and where you sit against an indicative reference range — and a five-move plan against your limiting factor, sequenced across twelve weeks. Each move has an owner, an output and, where it's a conversation, what to say. You also get every framework in the catalogue, the journal and the Coach.

Open Your plan and work one move at a time: do it, tick it, and note what happened. Each move has its own page with Previous and Next. Around week twelve, re-take the diagnostic to see what moved.

Choose "Not relevant?" on the move and say why in a line. It's set aside, the plan moves on, and you can bring it back any time.

An AI coach that answers questions about your read and your plan, grounded in your own results. It's there for "how would I start this conversation?" — not a replacement for your judgement.

Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card up front and remind you before it ends. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.

From your account page — choose Cancel subscription (or Manage billing, which opens the secure Stripe portal). Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

If you cancel within 30 days of your first charge, we refund the unused remainder pro rata — email josh@nobleperformance.com. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Yes, two ways. A team read is free: send one link, colleagues answer anonymously, and once three have answered you see where the team agrees and disagrees. The Team plan gives everyone a seat, a shared plan and a team report.

No. Team views only ever show aggregates, and only once at least three people have answered.

Yes — the Export section of your account page downloads everything you've saved, and paid members can print a PDF of their read.

From your account page, choose Delete my account and confirm. Your saved work is deleted, any subscription is cancelled, and we email you to confirm. If you own a team or a program group other people use, hand it over first or email us.
