Seven Lenses.
A diagnostic for individual or team performance. Seven lenses, read in sequence — system-side before person-side. Find the limiting lens before you spend energy on the wrong one.

Pro
Scored diagnostic
The honest read of why someone isn't performing — checked in order, before the easy story about motivation takes hold.
Lens 1 first, always. If you haven't done Lens 1 — clearly stated expectations, regular feedback against them — you may be the cause of non-performance. Don't escalate to Lens 4 (Skills) and beyond until Lenses 1–3 are genuinely in place. Skills training is expensive; clarity is cheap. Lens 7 (Team and Organisational Dynamics) is the one the affected team can't fix alone.

This tool is a step in a guided journey.
Playbooks chain the right tools in the right order for a moment a senior leader recognises. If one of these is the scenario you're in, walk the whole sequence — not just this step.
