I have worked with Dave on several projects dating back to 1997/98. In these projects I have been a participant and have been the initiating client for the project. Without exception Dave has been well prepared for the workshops or interventions, creative in the methodology to suit the project, and specific about objectives and goals. His facilitation skills are remarkable and very effective in engaging participants. It seems that Dave has an endless supply of tools to introduce depending the client's needs. He has gained not only the upmost respect from me, but everyone he has touched during his work here. He has always delivered and exceeded my expectations. As a newcomer in the role of CIO for a major manufacturing company I inherited a group of disillusioned managers that continued to blame the past for current behaviour. My management style is quite direct but soon experienced difficulties with this and looked for expertise to 'break' the mould and set a direction for the future. Through a colleague David Noble was presented to me as an organisational change expert and soon a two-day session was planned to 'tease out' the real issues, create a plan together and live this going forward. I was pleasantly surprised with David's way of pointing to the issues at hand and driving clarity and alignment with full understanding and buy-in. Our session completed several months ago now and we are still picking the fruits of this important change in my department. I recommend engaging David to assist in challenging your future.

Our organisation had just undergone a major organisational change and we were in financial crisis.

We were a newly formed management team with a short-term goal to achieve an aggressive financial result.

I believe Dave has been very instrumental in helping us become a high performing team and should share in the celebration & responsibility for achieving our goals.

I feel for probably the first time we as a group have begun to focus on what to do to meet the business goals of the company, looking at finding a direction using our best resource, our people, to achieve the business goals. We began as a group of competent, but individual managers and are coming out of this second session as a cohesive team. It is difficult to describe this transformation or the effect it has had on our company.
